I popped into the store the other day and I was greeted by the warmest smile and friendliest hello from one of the nicest employees I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. I was having trouble finding correct sizs and she was right amazing help! Helped me find perfect sizes for my grandkids and nephew. I believe she said her name was libbie. When I come back next year for my annual trip I will definitely be coming back!!

this place was awesome! all of the designs were very stylish and cute, and the quality of the clothing is very good also. most souvenir shops have very basic designs that are either cheesy or just outdated, but this store was the complete opposite! the customer service was awesome as well everyone was super friendly!

I shop at Life is Good often whether online or a storefront. This was my first time at the Charleston location and the sales associate (who I took to maybe be the owner/manager?) went above and beyond for me. I had bought 2 shirts one for me and one for my mother. Later I realized I had bought her the wrong size. I called the store to ask if they had the size I needed. She told me she had it in the back after checking inventory and I could come exchange that day whenever! Excellent customer service which is sometimes a rarity these days. Thank you & I will be back!

Staff is very nice! They handled computer issues super quickly and were helpful throughout our visit. We found awesome deals on shirts that are very cute and great quality! Life is VERY good!!
